Walk into ten Malaysian Western food restaurants and you'll see the same shape on the menu: chicken chop, lamb chop, fish and chips, spaghetti, sizzling steaks served on cast-iron plates with rice or fries. Both come with our house mushroom gravy on request. That gravy is what separates good chicken chop from great chicken chop in PJ — and we make ours daily, not from a packet.
Sizzling plates are the other half of the Western food classic. Grilled protein, rice, vegetables, a sunny-side egg, all served on a cast-iron platter that's still smoking when it hits your table. It's theatre, but it's also delicious.

Korean Fried Chicken — The Western Food Hybrid
Korean fried chicken is technically not Western food, but it's earned a permanent seat at the Malaysian Western food table over the last decade. We do three flavours:

- Daebak Korean Sweet & Spicy — the gochujang-style classic.
